Davies continues his celebration of English life and his condemnation of the loss of English identity. Of course, not everything is exclusively English (notably, Donald Duck), but he names things that English working-class families had embraced.

Davies plays with the arrangement of song's parts, making small variations to the melodic material to expand and to reuse these ideas.
